President Larry Puls called the meeting to
order at 7:07 pm at American Legion Post # 2 with 13 members present.
Secretary Lynn Fehr read the minutes of the
May 6, 2009 meeting. A motion was made by Dean Dingman to accept the
minutes as read. Seconded and carried.
Treasurer Dale Parker gave the Treasurer’s
report. A motion was made to accept the Treasurer’s report as presented.
Seconded and carried.
OLD BUSINESS
Larry Puls showed sample signs for the
COBRAS Field. The sample signs were 8 ½” x 11” and were passed around.
Sign locations were discussed.
Roger Vaad stated that the field is in good
condition and that he had sprayed on May 9.
Jerry Hakenson donated some money towards
the repair of the building’s north wall. A motion was made to accept the
donation. Seconded and carried. Ed Splittgerber made a motion that we
give Jerry Hakenson a free 2-year membership. Seconded and carried.
Larry Puls suggested that we put in the
last fence sections on Saturday June 13 and Sunday June 14. Dale Parker
will pick up the materials and deliver them to the field. He also will
do the basic woodwork. Dale Parker will look over the north building
side and see what is needed.
NEW BUSINESS
Larry Puls introduced 3 new members, Brian
Peterson, Larry Erickson and John Ord.
Dean Dingman reported on the Sept 19 and 20
Dawn Patrol. Dean gave information on the current raffle.
Larry Bailey made a motion that we give
some money and a free membership to Keith Paskewitz to offset the WEB
Site costs. Seconded and carried.
With no further business a motion was made
to adjourn.

Larry Bailey showed his new small Electric
3-D Flyer.
Keith Paskewitz showed his mini 3-D Flyer
and explained the changes he had made on the aircraft.
Dean Dingman showed his new mini Helicopter
by Hobby Zone.
