President
Larry Puls called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M. at the American Legion
Post #2. There were 13 members present.
Minutes of the May 2, 2007 meeting were
read. Roger Vaad made a motion to accept the minutes as read. The motion
was seconded and carried.
Dale Parker gave the Treasurer’s Report.

motion was seconded and carried.
OLD BUSINESS
Dean Dingman gave an interesting report on the events of the Dawn Patrol,
which was May 19, & 20, 2007.
George Eheman gave a good report of the Old
Timers Fun Fly. He explained how the scoring would be done through out the
year. Old Timers fun Fly will be on the first Saturday of each month. July
7, 2007 is the next one.
Larry Bailey gave a report about the Golden
Corral for the Christmas Party to be held on January 2, 2008.
Dale Parker gave an itemized report of
expenses for the Dawn Patrol event.
NEW BUSINESS
Larry Bailey gave a report of future Glider
events.
June 10, 2007 will be the LINOMA (Lincoln,
Omaha) Fun Fly at the COBRA field. July 8, 2007 will be SWIFT Mid-Summer
duration event at the COBRA field.
President Larry Puls suggested we hold the
next COBRA Club meeting on July 11, 2007 at the field because the first
Wednesday is July 4th.
Larry Puls suggested that we pay Jerry
Hakenson a potion of the mower loan. Dale Parker made a motion that we pay
Jerry Hakenson 1/3 of the mower debt. The motion was seconded and carried.
Balsa U.S.A. sent a kit of a Quarter Scale
SE-5 Bi-Plane. It was suggested we raffle it at a cost of $5.00 per
ticket. A motion was made to sell 100 tickets for $5.00 per ticket for the
Quarter Scale SE-5 raffle. The motion was seconded and carried.
With no further business a motion was made
to adjourn at 8:04 PM.
