January 5, 2011

       President Larry Puls called the meeting to order at 7:25PM at Golden Corral Restaurant with 22 members present.

       Secretary Lynn Fehr read the minutes of the December 1, 2010 meeting. A motion was made to accept the minutes as read. The motion was seconded and carried.
 

       Treasurer Dale Parker gave the Treasurer’s Report. A motion was made to accept the Treasurer’s Report as read. The motion was seconded and carried.

OLD BUSINESS

       Larry Puls reported that with the help of his wife Bernice that he had completed the Club Charter Renewal on line.

       Certificates of appreciation were given out by Larry Puls. The list is attached to the minutes.
The Club Budget for 2011 was presented.

NEW BUSINESS

       Larry Puls reported that the American Legion is requesting $25.00 each month for the use of their room starting in February. Larry Bailey made a motion that the officers investigate other places to meet in Council Bluffs and report to the group at the next meeting. The motion was seconded and carried.
       A motion to adjourn was made at 7:52 PM. The motion was seconded and carried.

       Raffle tickets were sold. Following the sale of tickets the drawing was held for a Fokker DVII, with the winning ticket belonging to Harold Zimmerman.

       Dean Dingman presented the Award “Order of the Golden Camel” to Steve Jordan as a result of his crash at the Dawn Patrol.
