President Larry Puls called
the meeting to order at 7:02 P.M. at the American Legion Post #2. There
were 14 members present.
Minutes of the June 6, 2007
meeting were read. There was no meeting held in July. A motion was made
to accept the minutes as read. The motion was seconded and carried.
There was no Treasurer’s
Report for this month.
OLD BUSINESS
Larry Bailey gave a report
on the glider contests that were held on July 8 and 22.
NEW BUSINESS
George Eheman announced that
the next Old Timers Event would be on August 4, 2007.
Larry Bailey gave a report
of the up coming glider contests. He stated that there would be a
S.W.I.F.T. meeting on August 2, at Chaco Hills.
Dean Dingman gave a status
report of the Quarter Sale SE-5 Biplane Raffle.
Larry Bailey made a motion
that the COBRA Club Authorize Dean Dingman to coordinate the WWI events
and to select the contest dates. The motion was seconded and carried.
With no further business a
motion was made to adjourn at 7:30 P.M.
SHOW AND TELL
George Eheman brought his
electric old-timer model powered by a brushed speed 400 motor.
Larry Bailey brought a Hyper
Glider to show.
Don Vanbuskirk brought his
mini-pulse E-Flite with a park 450 motor.
