Secretary Vice President Adam Shelburg called the meeting to order at 7:10
P.M. at the American Legion Post # 2.
Minutes of the November 1, 2006 meeting were read. A motion was
made to accept the minutes as read. The motion was seconded and carried.
Dale Parker gave the Treasurer’s Report. A motion was made to
accept the Treasurer’s Report as given. The motion was seconded and
carried by the 11 members present.
OLD BUSINESS
It was announced that the Christmas Party would be held at US
Steak Buffet on January 3, 2007 at 6:00 P.M.
Roger Vaad gave a report on the
condition of the field. Bud Kilnoski will take the old mower for parts.
The rest of the left over parts will be taken to Alters.
Larry Bailey gave a report on the (4F) Frosty Finger Fun Fly,
which was held on November 12, 2006. With the 30 mph winds everyone flew
to the Village Inn for breakfast and hanger flying.
NEW BUSINESS
The date of the AMA dues was
discussed. Dale Parker stated charter dues are paid in February of each
year. The field rent is paid in April of each year. The club membership
dues for 2007 are now due.
Club officers were confirmed with no nominations from the
floor. A motion was made to accept the slate of officers. Seconded and
carried.
With no further business Howard Hough made a motion to adjourn
at 7:30 P.M. The motion was seconded and carried.
SHOW AND TELL
There was no Show and Tell,
therefore we had a relaxing visit with fellow club members.
